Weekly Life Drawing
Join our weekly Life Drawing sessions at Hampton Works, Stirchley, Birmingham, every Wednesday! Led by internationally acclaimed artist Stephen Earl Rogers, these sessions are ideal for artists of all levels. Enhance your drawing skills in a relaxed, creative environment with guidance from a seasoned professional. We have male and female models that alternate every week, and materials are included, but feel free to bring your own! Our classes are structured as individual sessions, allowing you the flexibility to participate whenever it suits you.

How it works
Once you book your spot on Eventbrite, you will receive instructions on how to find us a couple of days before the class, along with the tutor's phone number in case you have any trouble locating us.
Meeting Place
The life drawing class will take place at The Framers Gallery in Hampton Works, Stirchley. Upon arrival, please enter through the green doors; the gallery is on your left. Meet us at 6:55 PM, where Stephen (the tutor) will be there to greet you. We look forward to seeing you at our new venue at The Framers Gallery in Hampton Works, Stirchley!

What should I bring to the Life Drawing class?All materials are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own supplies if you prefer.

What if I cannot make it to a session?As our classes are organised as individual sessions, you can transfer your ticket to a different session if needed. Please reach out to us if you’re unable to attend.

Do I need to have prior experience to attend?No prior experience is necessary! Our sessions cater to artists of all levels, from beginners to experienced artists.

How often are the sessions held?Life Drawing sessions are held weekly on Wednesdays (7pm - 8:30pm).

What is the minimum age requirement for the class?The minimum age for Life Drawing is 18, or younger with parental consent in advance, as we will be drawing a nude model.

Will I receive any information on what to expect before the workshop?Yes, once you book your spot, you will receive confirmation and additional details about the workshop in advance.

Can I cancel or transfer my booking?Yes, you can transfer your booking to another workshop if necessary. Please contact us in advance if you need to make changes.

What materials will be provided?All essential materials are included in the in-person classes, such as canvases, oil paints, brushes, and palettes. You’re welcome to bring your own supplies if you prefer. If you are joining us online then a list of materials will be sent to you ahead of the class.
